PBN Construction Acquires Delta Construction, Strengthening Position as Leading Indigenous-Owned Construction Firm in Saskatchewan

Pinehouse, SK — PBN Construction is proud to announce the acquisition of Delta Construction Ltd., a respected Saskatchewan-based civil construction company. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances PBN Construction’s capabilities and positions it as one of the largest 100% Indigenous-owned construction companies in the province.

For the past two years, PBN Construction and Delta Construction have collaborated closely, building a strong operational relationship grounded in shared values, complementary strengths, and a commitment to quality. The acquisition marks a natural evolution of this partnership.

With this acquisition, all operations and future projects will move forward under the PBN Construction name. The Delta Construction brand will be retired, and its employees, assets, and management team will fully integrate into PBN Construction.
