Jeff Repski
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff has been in the mining and heavy industry for 4 decades with experience in potash, base metals, and uranium. During the 4 decades Jeff has gained extensive operational, maintenance, and project experience which included domestic and international assignments with Noranda/Falconbridge (Xtrata), Inco (Vale), and Cameco. Jeff ‘s engineering and senior management career has been diverse, including the development of innovative mining equipment, execution of a large portfolio of brown and green field projects, and subsequent commissioning and facility operation.
Jeff was born and raised in Saskatchewan and for more then half his career he has called Saskatchewan home working with many different engineering and contractor firms including Indigenous organizations. Jeff has a long history with PBN, awarding work to PBN from it’s early inception, setting up integrating execution teams with Cameco and PBN, and more recently as a Board member.
In his spare time Jeff can be found with his family and grandchildren or in his farm shop working on his collection of old cars and trucks.
Earl Warwick
Chief Financial Officer
Earl has diverse financial and operational experience over the last 30 years having worked for Imperial Oil, Viterra, Marsollier Petroleum, the Saskatoon Police Service and even having hung out his own shingle as a CPA Prof. Corp. Progressive experience through these organizations has left Earl with experience in audit, controls, contractual relationship management, sales, GM and CFO experience – always marrying what is best for the operations of the company with the financial needs and requirements.
Earl was born and raised in Saskatchewan and has been a lifelong proponent of living and working in Saskatchewan. This is demonstrated by the time he enjoys at the cabin with his family, biking on the Meewasin and around Saskatoon, and simply enjoying the diversity and wonders Saskatchewan has to offer.

Alex Ross
Director, Operational Services
Born and raised in the community of Pinehouse, Alex has dedicated his career to building local capacity, infrastructure, and opportunity. Now serving as the Director of Operational Services, his work is deeply rooted in community development, with hands-on involvement in projects that continue to shape Pinehouse today.
With a diverse career spanning over 20 years, Alex brings a strong technical and community-focused background. He spent 10 years in underground diamond drilling, followed by 10 years working with community development organizations, including five years with PBN, three years with KML, and two years with the Pinehouse Co-op.
A strong advocate for community leadership and cultural continuity, Alex currently serves as a Board Member of the Kineepik Metis Local. He is a traditional land user and is bilingual in Cree and English, allowing him to bridge industry, governance, and community in a meaningful and respectful way. Alex is proud to serve as a community ambassador and remains committed to building sustainable opportunities for future generations.
