Jeff Repski

CEO

Jeff has been in the mining and heavy industry to 4 decades with experience in potash, base metals, and uranium. During the 4 decades Jeff has gained extensive operational, maintenance, and project experience which included domestic and international assignments with Noranda/Falconbridge (Xtrata), Inco (Vale), and Cameco. Jeff ‘s engineering and senior management career has been diverse, including the development of innovative mining equipment, execution of a large portfolio of brown and green field projects, and subsequent commissioning and facility operation.

Jeff was born and raised in Saskatchewan and for more then half his career he has called Saskatchewan home working with many different engineering and contractor firms including Indigenous organizations. Jeff has a long history with PBN, awarding work to PBN from it’s early inception, setting up integrating execution teams with Cameco and PBN, and more recently as a Board member.

In his spare time Jeff can be found with his family and grandchildren or in his farm shop working on his collection of old cars and trucks.


Rob Duff

Director of Operations

Rob is the Director of Operations and is responsible for the overall construction operations for PBN. Rob has a diploma for Mechanical Engineering Technology from Saskatchewan Polytechnic as well as a Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba. Rob has eight years experience inIndustrial Construction which had him managing projects in Potash and Uranium industries, including Constructibility Projects which carried into execution and commissioning phases. In addition, he has had nine years experience in Mineral Exploration projects in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and British Columbia, which primarily focused on uranium, but also included copper and gold. In his spare time Rob can be found enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends or in his backyard forge.


Nik Modien

HSE Manager

Nik Is our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager and comes to PBN with over 25 years of combined construction experience. He is responsible to ensure that we are compliant in all all areas of HSE, and works to assist all PBN employees with their individual health and safety within the company. Nik is a true safety professional with extensive management and training experience, 13 years (full time) progressive safety experience, with an additional nine years part time. He has two NCSO’s and an Interprovincial HD Mechanic Certification. Nik has worked in almost all of the active mine sites (Potash and Uranium) in Saskatchewan and he brings a wide scope of experience with him which includes powerline transmission, heavy and light civil, underground utilities, road building (including bridges and overpasses), power plants, substations, industrial and hi-tech manufacturing.


Mike Linsley

Project Manager

Mike is responsible for our Northern Saskatchewan Projects.  He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, in the residential, commercial, and heavy construction fields. Mike is a journeyman carpenter by trade and brings his experience, in both small- and large-scale projects, to his Project Manager role at PBN. Mike can be found enjoying time with his family and friends at the lake, as well as hunting and fishing in his spare time.


Regina Inaya

Project Coordinator

Regina is a detailed-oriented and highly motivated civil engineering professional with 15+ years’ progressive experience in civil and structural design, contract administration, and project management. When not at the office, Regina can be found with a good book, volunteering in the community, and or/enjoying out door activities with family and friends.


James Colby

Site Superintendent & Estimator

James is a site superintendent and estimator with PBN Construction and enjoys being involved in all stages of construction. Pulling from a 20-year background in surveying, civil construction, drafting/CAD and carpentry, James has worked on a wide range of projects throughout Western Canada. Successful projects include water treatment plants and hydroelectric dam projects in Northern Saskatchewan to airport upgrades in Alberta and condo high-rise towers in downtown Vancouver. In his spare time James enjoys being outside, camping, riding his bike and exploring new places.


Jerald Lariviere

Operations Assistant

Jerald comes to PBN with a wealth of construction experience including equipment operation and maintenance, truck driving, and site supervision. He currently works from the Pinehouse office assisting Project Managers with day-to-day tasks. Project Management, equipment maintenance, resource sourcing, training & onboarding, are just some of the ways Jerald adds value to PBN's projects.

Jerald wanted to be closer to his aging parents which is what brought him back to Pinehouse and PBN. He enjoys hunting and camping at his family cabin, and this year will be trying his luck doing some fishing.
